We request in the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment that you give us notice in advance.
Whilst every effort is made to adhere to appointment times, it is inevitable that delays occur.
If an urgent problem arises they will always be given priority. We appreciate your patience and consideration at these times.
Home visits are available outside of our business hours.
Home visits appointments can be made outside these times by prior arrangement with the receptionist at the discretion of the doctor.

All test results are treated with strict confidentiality. In order to protect your privacy this practice does not provide results to patients over the phone. From time to time you may require a routine call or reminder.
We request that you make a follow up appointment within seven days. In the event of an abnormal result the patient will be contacted directly.
We also participate in the Sate/Territory reminder system. If you do not want to participate, please inform your Doctor. (e.g. immunisation data, national cancer screening register).
In the interests of your health care, repeat prescriptions and referral letters will not be issued without a consultation.
A referral letter that is comprehensive and accurate will assist your specialist to manage your health in the best manner possible.
We are a Mixed Billing Practice.
Weekdays Monday – Friday
We bulk bill all valid Medicare card holders with Pension Card or Healthcare Cards. We also bulk bill children under 16 years old.
Dr Annette Kim bulk bills children under 5 years only
For those who do not have concessions the following Gap (out of pocket) Payments will follow;
Standard Consult: $85 (Medicare rebate $43.90 | Gap $41.10)
Long Consult: $140 (Medicare rebate $84.90 | Gap $55.10)
Weekends Saturday & Sunday (including Public Holidays)
Sunday $50 Gap (No Exceptions)
A fee list for privately billed patients is available at the front reception desk.
Hi-Caps system for on the spot rebates is available, which means you only pay the gap.
We accept cash, EFTPOS and credit cards.
When contacting our medical centre by phone to speak to a doctor, please be aware that we can pass on your information and message, however we will not interrupt another patient’s consultation. Please be advised that this is not in lieu of a consultation.
Our doctors do not communicate via email for medical purposes to ensure your privacy, as this is not a secure, encrypted service.
